The Gardens are open year round for garden clubs to view. Join us for a walk around our facilities or for an informational seminar. Please CONTACT US to schedule a time and to check availability. Our event room is available to garden clubs and includes audio and visual equipment. Many clubs find it comfortable to use our podium, flat screen TVs, cordless microphone and projection screen. The Gardens has several seminars available for your garden club. We can also work on a specific topic, just for your group. On many occasions plant material is brought inside for your discussions. flowering plants in the pond Strolls through the garden are always a highlight to your events. A guided tour can be set-up in advance for any size club. The history and unique plants are just two of the topics that will be discussed. Before or after your meeting we offer catering services to compliment your agenda. We work with finest caterers and they provide the ultimate in professionalism. Our caterers can design a personalized menu to meet your special needs or you can work with one of their already pre-set menus.
Social Events are more fun when they happen at The Gardens. Let us help plan your next shower, rehearsal dinner, anniversary party or birthday party. Having an event has never been easier. We do all the work; the cleaning, the setting up and taking down. You do the entertaining! Our facilities are adaptable to a variety of events. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the garden on the Plaza, weather permitting. The event room can accommodate up to 80 people sitting or cocktail parties for up to 130 people. We can provide assistance with the design of the event space, chairs, tables, audio visual needs, catering, sound system, podium, cordless microphone and a projection screen. Our event room can accommodate most of your audio/visual requests. We strive to take your business meeting a step beyond the ordinary. You can plan your meeting inside or take it outside to our beautiful garden area. Each venue has its benefits. Guests in need of a break are always welcome to take a stroll along the garden paths. It just the breather anyone needs to tackle the next agenda. Inside you can use our two wide screen flat panel TV’s to your liking. They can both be set-up to run your informational DVD. If you’re in need of a projection screen, cordless microphone or a podium we have one available. Our up to date technology will make your meeting run smoothly.
